Our vision

Our proposals provide a valuable opportunity to deliver around 195 much-needed new homes, including 25% affordable housing, on a sustainable site within close proximity to existing amenities with ample open green space for the community to enjoy.

Site location

Suitably situated in a sustainable location

The site is in a sustainable location adjacent to Aston Clinton, well connected by public footpaths, the existing Public Rights of Way and road network to local services and facilities in both Aston Clinton and Buckland, including community, health care, education, retail and recreation and leisure facilities. The site is also well connected by public transport to Aylesbury to the west and Tring to the east.

The site is bordered by Buckland Road to the northeast, Lower Icknield Way to the northwest and a small cul de sac, Dean Way, to the south.
