We want to hear from you
We are consulting on emerging proposals for around 195 new homes, including 25% affordable housing. Our proposals aim to deliver:
- Family homes proposed with a range of affordable tenure types
- Community orchard and additional tree planting
- Open spaces that focus on welcoming wildlife and enhancing biodiversity
- Children’s play areas accessible for all ages and abilities
- Opportunities for wildlife rich areas through sustainable methods of drainage
- New and improved links to existing Public Right of Way network and new pedestrian and cycle crossing points
