A sustainable new community
We are consulting on emerging proposals for around 195 new homes, including 25% affordable housing and would like to hear your views.
The site is in a sustainable location adjacent to Aston Clinton, well connected by public footpaths, the existing Public Rights of Way and road network to local services and facilities in both Aston Clinton and Buckland, including community, health care, education, retail and recreation and leisure facilities. The site is also well connected by public transport to Aylesbury to the west and Tring to the east.
The emerging proposals will also see a considerable increase in biodiversity through the creation of new habitats and improvements to existing ones.
Ahead of submitting an outline planning application to Buckinghamshire Council later this year, which will seek approval for the principle of development on the site, we will be consulting the local community to hear your thoughts on our emerging proposals. As we are only at an outline stage, features such as exact layout, appearance and building materials are not yet being considered.
